To cancel an order, the following conditions might be applicable.

Orders are required to be cancelled before the orders are dispatched. Any order cancellation claim made after the order is dispatched, won’t be entertained.

Orders cancelled between 24 hours to 48 hours would receive a 100% refund including the shipping charges.

Any order cancelled after 48 hours will only receive 70% of the product cost and complete shipping charges. This is because at this stage, the experts start working on the product, and we do not aim to waste their effort.

No refund would be granted if an order is cancelled after 72 hours, and only shipping charges might be returned.

Cancelling an order after it is dispatched shall have no refund, not even the shipping charges.

To cancel the order, the buyer can reach customer support through email, or WhatsApp. They need to wait 24 hours before their query is responded to. We expect corporation and patience from the buyer’s end.

In case you need to change any of your information like address or contact number, you can reach out to customer support within 24 hours. You do not have to cancel your order to do so.
